Discontinued 30 Day Kata Challenge

Complete the steps assigned for each day. Choose one Kata and post your performance to the app, if you are capable of explaining the application post another video demonstrating and explaining the practical application of the moves in the kata. Observe the videos of your team members and ask questions or give suggestions. Our goal is to increase the comprehension of the group and find the different versions of the same form and justify your chosen sequence of movements. Think of it as a fact gathering project that will give us the documentation to be included in the Pan American Goju Ryu book that we are presently working on. Your participation will be included, and your name will be forever immortalized in the system archives. This is not the time to be shy or to be concentrating in your other endeavor's, this is a project that's going to make history in the world of Martial Arts.
